How Istira Beauty Design collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Your name and mobile number, your booking and visit history, any service notes or preferences you share, and the messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or our website.
To take and confirm your bookings, send you reminders, keep track of your treatments and packages, and answer your enquiries. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Conversation logs are deleted automatically after 24 months. Booking and treatment records are kept while you remain a customer, so we can serve you properly.
You may ask us at any time to (a) tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, (b) correct anything that is wrong, or (c) withdraw your consent, after which we will erase your personal details from our systems.
